Your Sponsorship Supports Many

On June 13 as part of its concert Touch the Future, Teach Them Well, Vox Femina Los Angeles will honor the five extraordinary Los Angeles women listed below who have dedicated their lives to helping to ensure all children have the opportunity to realize their full potential.

You can pay tribute to one or more of our honorees - and support three non-profit organizations - by becoming a sponsor of this very special event:

10% of your sponsorship will go to the children's charity selected by the honoree(s) you wish to sponsor
5% of your sponsorship will be donated on behalf of the girls of Santa Julia orphanage in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, with whom Vox worked and sang on our 2008 Mexico tour
The remaining portion of your sponsorship will support Vox Femina's ongoing musical work and community outreach

Vox Honors 5 Extraordinary Women

Vox is proud to honor these five extraordinary Los Angeles women. Each of them has devoted a lifetime to ensuring that all children have the safety and security necessary to achieve their full potential.

Alison Arngrim - (formerly Nellie Oleson on Little House on the Prairie) for her work as activist and lobbyist with PROTECT, a national nonpartisan organization working for the protection of children from abuse, exploitation and neglect
Dr. Ronni Sanlo, director of the UCLA Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender (LGBT) Campus Resource Center and the director and professor for the Masters of Education in Student Affairs - for her pioneering work on behalf of LGBT college students
Teresa DeCrescenzo, founder and executive director of Gay and Lesbian Adolescent Social Services (GLASS) - for her work with LGBT youth, to ensure civil rights protections in the foster care system, and on behalf of LGBT families
Dr. Virginia Uribe and Gail Rolf, founder and director of Project 10, a Los Angeles Unified School District program that provides education and support services for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgendered, questioning (LGBTQ) students, and other sexual minority youth
